The 70 Ranch in Weld County, Colorado has donated 165 acres to the Platte River Water Development Authority for SIEP’s research. Permanent research facilities, including a laboratory and a storage building, are at the intersection of Highway 34 and Colorado Road 63.

In addition to contributing the land for SIEP’s research, 70 Ranch, L.L.C. is contributing the irrigation water and the talents of its ranch managers, Gilbert Marin, Sr. and Gilbert Marin, Jr.
